We gladly accept return, provided the product has to be shipped in original condition and buyer has to pay for the return shipping. Please send the tracking number. Beyond 7 days no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued . Contact us before returning anything .
There will be a charge of 20% restocking fee on the value of item. Once we receive the item, refund will be initiated.

I loved the earrings I bought from nysaa jewelry and they came in such a cute package !!!They are beautiful and perfect for the spring season .. so colorful and so light weight . I have already worn them and showed off to all my friends and they loved it .. customer service was great as I was confused which options to choose from as all of them are amazing :) they have a long term customer in me ...totally recommend ..
