We gladly accept return, provided the product has to be shipped in original condition and buyer has to pay for the return shipping. Please send the tracking number. Beyond 7 days no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued . Contact us before returning anything .
There will be a charge of 20% restocking fee on the value of item. Once we receive the item, refund will be initiated.

This is such a unique piece of jewelry! The veiled lady artwork is bright and beautiful! The necklace is one-of-a-kind. Bought it as a gift for my sister and I wish I had kept it for myself ;-)
